Brrr, tis’ a chilly chilly day on the farm and in the farmhouse. I hope this is finding you well and that you are nice a cozy warm.
I can’t believe in 2014 already. Our Christmas Holidays FLEW by! We had no power during Christmas day and for a good 6.5 days. Thankfully we have a wood stove and a small generator. My heart was so full of kindness and love during the power outage, as friends and friends that I only met once or twice (and customers) had offered us a warm place to sleep, eat and shower. I really hope Santa was extra nice to them, as they are such kind people.
‘Harvest 2013’ is now turning into ‘Harvest 2014’…We still have corn that needs to come off. Farmer Ryan is away at the Southwest Agricultural Conference, speaking about N0-till. So, maybe when he comes home we will get the weather we need to finish up.
I have been working away on our online store…I promise is it coming soon. For now please call or email and I will be happy to help you out.
Below are a few of my favorite photos from the winter so far:
Stay warm!
